All-in-one restaurant software: seven platforms compared.

Adoria, Apicbase, Inpulse, Komia, Mapal, Praedixa or Supy: which platform brings together the operations your restaurant group needs? This comparison examines inventory, recipes, forecasting, teams and checks, helping you shortlist a suitable scope and prepare comparable demonstrations.

What an all-in-one platform should connect

Before Saturday lunch, a manager sets preparation quantities, checks ingredients, reviews staff coverage and follows kitchen checks. An all-in-one operations platform connects these tasks and their data. Its value becomes visible when the same recipe, restaurant and period remain identifiable throughout the workflow.

Define the functions you need together: purchasing, inventory, recipes, production, food cost, scheduling, HACCP and forecasting. POS, payroll and accounting may retain their own systems. A shared login alone does not establish shared data: follow a recipe or forecast change through to the service decisions it affects.

How this comparison was prepared

This comparison is published by Praedixa, one of the products included. The seven platforms appear in alphabetical order. We selected operations software for multiple locations with differing scopes that help restaurant groups frame a buying decision.

Descriptions draw on official product pages and documentation checked on 25 September 2026 and linked under each profile. Suggested use cases are our interpretation of that published scope. We have not conducted hands-on testing of every product. Included modules, integrations and commercial terms must be confirmed for your project. A point marked for clarification means the selected sources do not establish it.

Seven platforms with different operating scopes

Read each column against your essential requirements. A group running a central kitchen needs different demonstrations from a franchise connecting schedules, stock and checks. The profiles below provide sources and a practical test for each platform.

Adoria: coordinating the network’s food operations

Adoria describes a suite covering purchasing, receiving, inventory, recipes, production and reporting. Published uses include central kitchens and institutional catering. The Production module also describes predictive analysis of ingredient requirements.

Consider it when shared recipes, procurement and central production shape your project. During a demonstration, change an ingredient across two locations and follow the cost and central-kitchen requirements. Clarify the HACCP scope for your operation and exchanges with staff scheduling.

Apicbase: connecting recipes, procurement and food costs

Apicbase describes itself as an AI-native back-of-house operating system for foodservice groups. Its public scope connects recipes, purchasing, inventory and cost of goods sold. Documentation explains how sales linked to recipes feed order suggestions.

Consider it when consistent recipes and food-cost visibility across locations are priorities. Trace a sold dish to its ingredients and purchasing proposal. Recipe documentation includes HACCP information; separately clarify the checks, corrective actions and exchanges with staffing tools your group requires.

Inpulse: using demand to guide purchasing and production

Inpulse combines sales forecasts, recipes, stock and supplier conditions to prepare orders. Its offering also includes inventory counts, recipe information, invoices and BI. Production AI describes scheduled preparation and central-kitchen workflows.

Consider it when your first decision concerns how much to order or produce. Change a forecast and then a delivery to inspect the resulting proposal. The vendor identifies staffing needs as a forecasting use: establish how that information reaches named staff schedules and other operating routines.

Komia: combining HACCP, staff management and stock

Komia offers a modular application bringing HACCP, staff management and inventory together with a multi-site dashboard. Recipes, orders and food-cost indicators are part of its stock scope. The plan comparison checked for this guide marks AI scheduling as beta; distinguish this from included features and paid options.

Consider it when combining hygiene tasks, teams and food operations. Follow a receiving check, stock update and schedule change in the demonstration. Confirm access conditions for AI scheduling and any sales forecasting used to prepare quantities and staff coverage.

Mapal OS: bringing several specialist solutions together

Mapal OS brings several products together. Easilys f&b covers stock, purchasing, menus and waste; Workforce handles team management and scheduling; Compliance supports checklists and HACCP monitoring. Sales forecasting and schedule optimisation are described within Workforce.

Consider it for a project spanning food operations, staffing and checks. Request a demonstration using the exact modules quoted: user access, data exchanges and a single location’s workflow. A shared product range does not establish which exchanges are active or which features each plan includes.

Praedixa: AI-native all-in-one operations

Praedixa is an AI-native all-in-one operations platform for restaurant groups: inventory, scheduling, recipes, profitability, HACCP tracking and forecasting. Sales and local context inform the forecast; recipes turn expected portions into ingredient requirements; anticipated activity informs team organisation. Head office and restaurants share a view of their operations.

Consider it when you want these decisions within a shared operational scope. Follow a forecast through to ingredient needs, staff scheduling and per-portion costs, then retrieve the restaurant’s checks. Connections, retained systems and pricing are scoped with your group. Website examples illustrate the workflow; this comparison establishes no quantified customer outcome.

Supy: coordinating purchasing, stock and food cost

Supy describes a back-of-house platform for restaurant groups covering procurement, inventory, recipes and BI. Predictive ordering uses sales forecasts, stock, delivery dates and coverage periods to prepare purchasing quantities. The vendor states that orders still require approval.

Consider it for purchasing across multiple locations. Test a supplier price change, partial delivery and inventory discrepancy. Establish which exchanges reach your POS, accounting and any staffing or operational-check tools you intend to keep.

Build a shortlist and compare total cost

Shortlist platforms that cover your essential workflows and ask each vendor to demonstrate the same service. For central kitchens, begin with production and internal orders. For managers’ daily work, follow quantities, staffing and checks. For food-cost control, request an explanation of differences between recipes, purchases and stock counts.

Compare quotes for the same number of locations and modules. Include subscriptions, setup, data migration, connections, training, support and data exit. Separate initial costs from recurring charges. This guide provides no common price estimate: proposals need to match your actual scope.

Keep evidence for every requirement: demonstration output, documentation and written commitment. A feature may require an extra module or a manual step. Identify who performs it and how often before making the decision.

Questions to resolve before choosing

Which all-in-one restaurant software is best? The choice depends on the tasks you want together, your locations, production model and existing tools. Justify your selection with a tested workflow and an agreed scope.

Do you have to replace the POS? Your POS can remain the sales source. Check product references, data detail and corrections. An operations platform can continue exchanging data with POS, accounting and payroll systems.

Does AI-native mean a wider feature set? The term describes a product approach. Compare AI outputs, how operations use them and where people approve decisions. Several vendors in this comparison publish AI uses with availability to verify: the label alone offers limited differentiation.
