This page concerns the presentation website. Processing carried out within the Praedixa restaurant platform is covered by information and commitments specific to that service.

Your contact enquiries

The form language and, when available, the path of the previous page on this website may accompany your enquiry. URL parameters are excluded. These details provide context for your message; they do not establish how you were acquired.

The form collects your first and last names, work email, brand or company, network size, enquiry subject and message. Phone number and job role are optional. This information helps us understand your needs and respond.

Your enquiry is sent to the Praedixa team by email through Resend, after technical processing by Cloudflare. Form content is not added to analytics events or application logs. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Resend’s commitments on data processing are described in its data processing agreement. You can request deletion of your correspondence through our contact form.

Website analytics, with your consent

Website analytics are not currently enabled. No Google Analytics script is loaded. Enabling analytics will require updated information and your prior consent.

Website operation

Page delivery and website security involve technical exchanges with our provider Cloudflare: IP address, requested resource, request date and browser information. These technical processes are separate from optional analytics and rely on our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website.

Worker logs and traces used for diagnostics are retained by Cloudflare for up to 7 days, according to its offering. Cloudflare operates a global network; its processing and transfer commitments are described in its data processing agreement.

The cookie storing your choice is used solely to remember acceptance or refusal for 180 days. It is not sent to Google in the events we configure.

Exercise your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.

Send your request through our contact form. We will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR, normally within one month. We may request only the information needed to verify your identity or identify the relevant data.

You may also submit a complaint to the French data protection authority (CNIL).
